My world isn't rendering

Hello- I uploaded a .zip archive of my son's multiplayer server. Inside the archive, I included the <world> directory. It's not rendering. Do I need to also include the <world_nether> and <world_the_end> directories as well? What exactly should be in the uploaded .zip archive?

The world is called Campbell Land.
