Nether Support

I finally added nether support. It should auto-detect if you have the DIM-1 folder in your archive and render the nether if it's found.

I haven't built a lot of stuff in the nether so if you have nether builds please post some links so I can see how the renders look.

NOTE: If you already have the nether uploaded in your world then you can just use the render again checkbox when editing to take advantage of this new view.

I wish I would have had the chance to see that in action on the old server. But that is pretty cool. Perhaps End support?
