Desert temple

This is a very nice seed from Minecraft versions 1.3 to 1.6.
I uploaded it so that it can be downloaded and played in future versions, too.
I explored most of the general area and made sure to discover all of the important landmarks.
No blocks have been broken or placed, no items have been crafted or destroyed and no mobs have been injured (except for a few squids, who hurt themselves by swimming too close to the surface).

This map contains an NPC Village very close to where you spawn in a nice open plain, along with a bonus chest because players may want to use that. If you don't want to use the bonus chest, just break it and leave it there for 5 minutes until the items despawn.
There is also an Extreme Hills Biome nearby, and a large desert right next to a jungle, just beyond the river past the NPC Village.
The desert has a desert temple in it, and some ponds with sugarcane in them.
Lastly, there is a swamp near the river that has a Witch Hut in it. There are plenty of tunnels generated quite close to the surface all around the map, but mostly near the swamp area.
And if you look hard enough, you will find an Abandoned Mineshaft under the desert somewhere.

This is quite a nice map; great for beginners.

I recommend that you place torches all around the village on your first day; you need to make sure the villagers don't get killed by mobs. There is a naturally generated iron sword in the forge; use it to fight the zombies.

This is my 1st ever Minecraft world. It has my Spaceship, My Houses dotted around the map, A bridge that goes on forever, A Souped-up Desert temple and a minecart ride. I hope that you will enjoy my first Minecraft world. no texture packs or mods were used to make this world.
