This is based off the original Survival Island by Ashien. I decided to make a more in-date version of it using World Painter and creating custom caves.
The main goal is simple. Survive.

This map has recently been updated to 2.6, update includes:
-New Challenges:
-Discover the End Portal
-Enter the End
-Kill the Ender Dragon
-Collect the Dragon Egg
-Chest of achievements has been removed from the island so the island is more empty. Achievements comes in a text file with the download.

Update 1.5 included:
-Chest of Rules and Achievements has now been moved onto the beach from it's previous location under the tree due to the fact that some players thought it wasn't there.
-A text document is now included in the download with all the Rules and achievements because it's easier to update unlike the written book in Minecraft.

Update 2.4 included:
-New achievements involving fish
-New achievements involving flowers

Update 2.3 included:
-A Cactus can actually be found now for the Cactus Farm Achievement
-There are now Dungeons!
-New Achievements:
-Gather 20 unused Lapis
-Gather 10 unused Gold
-Gather 5 unused Emeralds has been increased to 10 unused Emeralds

Update 2.2 included:
-Jungle tree is no longer custom made and leaves will decay/drop saplings.
-Cave system extended.
-2 extra challenges
-One involving Granite, Diorite and Andesite.
-One involving a new discovery, the Redstone Falls.
-Player spawns in the morning.
-Player spawns in stormy weather.

Also, if you do intend on leaving the island, don't forget I made it on world painter, so surrounding the border is just water. Just ocean. Nothing else.

Mezaroth

Mezaroth is a medium sized island in the middle of nowhere, free to build on, free for survival, free for lets plays, free for player vs player, free for hunger games, and or adventure. There is one isnand on this map. Island is small, but on island you can find some trees, cows and much more. In underground you can find iron, gold, coal and DIAMOND ores.

I've spent quite some time on my survival world and I thought it would be a good idea to upload it here. :D

This world was a huge ocean world as seen in this video(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u0TPcD2SSs8). I had to find the main island as I was running out of sand so, I traveled roughly 20 minutes by boat in a certain direction. Hence, the huge world size. The villagers from the iron farm were taken from the main island.

My world consists of a monster spawner, enderman farm(not efficient), iron farm(standard type x4), wither skeleton farm(not efficient), automatic cactus farm, huge wheat farm, AFK fish farm, spider spawner, snow farm and an automatic chicken farm.

I've 10 beacons, 40+ name tags, 35 double chests full of string, a double chest full of iron blocks, a stack(and a little more) of diamond blocks from the 1.5 duplication glitch, two circular islands with a radius of 50 blocks(perfect for beacons) with the home island in the spawn chunks.

I intend to build the Iron Titan on my home island while having my central storage area, automatic brewer and super smelter on the 2nd island. I also intend to build a gold farm somewhere around my spider spawner so I can obtain lots of gold from AFK-ing at my fish farm. I also wish to build a witch farm and a AFK sheep farm sometime in the future. Other than that, I would definitely like to light up all the caves within a 250 circular radius of the main beacon on my home island.

Note: The ONLY times I used creative mod were to place the LONG line of glass above my minecart tracks in the Nether, which leads to the main island, in order to prevent zombie pigmen from spawning and to bring in command blocks for teleportation purposes which can be found in my Old Mines and to and from my Enderman farm.
