Not my original map. using for server

This is the supercontinent Pangea, that existed 200 million years ago on Earth. It's remade in Minecraft as a huge (ca. 20000x20000 blocks) SMP map. The terrain is made in World Machine. It contains all 1.7/1.8 biomes, except for Mushroom Island, and they're populated in Vanilla Minecraft, instead of WorldPainter. WorldPainter is used on this map as a port for the terrain and to paint the biomes.

Made the terrain in World Machine Basic, this is the first WM-generated Minecraft Terrain World i uploaded here. It's only 512x512 blocks large, but it uses the entire height range! (0-255 blocks) The lower part of the mountain consists of a coniferous forest, and transits to an alpine tundra at the tree line. The world is scaled 1:1 to the original World Machine terrain.

A map full of possible ideas for future updates. For more information abou this map click this link!!! http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/minecraft-ideas-for-updates/

Things i used that arent mine, credits:

There were no vanilla trees used, when i made this pack i had these packs in my list, they were maybe or maybe not used in this map:

- Lentebriesje http://www.planetminecraft.com/member/lentebriesje/

- Kenofox http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/kenos-tree-repository-1-30trees/

- Lemonfox http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/lemonfoxs-tree-bundle/

To make the map it self i used worldpainter and geocontrol 2.

Size, biomes and other info of the map:

The map is 2000x 2000x.

Biomes are snowish, jungleish, plainish, desertish, wastelandish.

Ores arent found everywhere, some ores are only findable in different kind of islands.

I took a huge build and plopped it on a amplified terrain map.
WARNING: the spawn point might not be right near the huge build due to MCEdit. Some exploring required. XD I mostly just uploaded this map to see how the render map would look.

I just wanted so see a 3D view of my map, but I suppose I'm being forced to make it public. Might as well upload some more, I suppose.
