Multiplayer Server

Nathangorr · 2012-09-20,

Goodbye all! I will probably never see anyone who played Minecraft World Map ever again (not even on other servers). But now I know it is time to move on, find another server like this but never find one as good as this one. I will always miss Minecraft World Map and I will never forget this great server. During the 200258 hours I have spent on this server I have also made many friends, some I will stay connected with, most not. It has been a great opportunity playing with everyone! I will treasure all the maps from Minecraft World Map and store them safe on a flash drive, to keep for as long as it lasts. Good luck to you [name removed] and Amber! So have a nice life!

Hello Everyone,

I regret to inform you that the multiplayer minecraft server will be shutdown on Friday, September 20th. I will be uploading the worlds to the website so you can get copies of the stuff you have built.

I've had a great time working as the admin for the Minecraft World Map multiplayer server and I wish I had most time to keep the server running.

Now, any free time that I have to work on Minecraft World Map will be spent on improving the mapping aspects and creating a better experience for the visitors to the website.

I am looking for new servers to check out so if you have a server or know of a good server post the information below.

Sad news indeed. Thank You for giving me the honor to play with you, this was my first and only multiplayer server, and by far the best. I may have only been on the server for a few months but i have developed many memories i will never forget, as well as life long friends. But i understand your reasoning skeight, and i wish you and Cpt Amber well.
So Cheers to the server, and of course to Skeight!

Skeight has become inactive on mcworldmap, and he didnt want to keep it going. I will be opening up a server when/if I get the server files and skeight's permission.

he is NOT inactive on mcworldmap, it's just the server!
