Map not rendering (White, no controls)

Little upset; issues prior to website repairs persists.

I continue to get the white box with no controls after a complete rendering. The issue is detailed in this post:

"A map I uploaded finished processing and rendering through the queue successfully, however when I clicked on my map I realized that the map preview was white and there were no controls for zooming in and out or view modes. I have waited a while to see if it changes but unfortunately the problem continues."

I rendered the map multiple times, and tried to upload it as a new world rather than updating it, I deleted multiple(unnecessary) folders in the actual save folder such as the Temp MCEdit folders; all attempts at resolving the issue on my end were unsuccessful.

My latest world shows only a white space. I thought I posted a help request before but perhaps I hit an incorrect button. Anyway, please help as I love being able to use your site as a reference!

I have a Problem. I have a new Map with the Name: Hamburg Version 1.0 and have this and the other informations save. My question is why became this Map no View from this Map?

Same here. I just uploaded a new map last night and checked on it this morning and there is nothing but a white screen.

It seems like a lot of people are having this problem. Hopefully we get a response soon.
