Does anyone know of, or has anyone built a tool that can automatically upload a map archive every day/few hours? I would like no know before I set forth on such a venture.

You could do this with some sort of macro that runs every so often. However, uploading a map to our site every few hours could cause unneeded stress on our systems, as it takes an immense amount of resources and storage to render a map.
