Can't Get Past Upload Screenshot

After I’ve uploaded a screenshot I see no image preview, just two missing image icons. Then when I click on the “Save Screenshot!” button, I get a blank dialogue pop-up with just a close button. I get this exact same result on 3 different Mac browsers and 2 different PC browsers, so I don’t believe it’s a problem with either my computer(s) or the browser(s). Am I doing something wrong or is this a site problem?

On the Mac I used Safari, Chrome, and Opera. On the PC, I used IE and Firefox.

After some tests, it appears there is a problem with our image uploader on the non-premium upload page across all browsers. I will be contacting Skeight about this issue.

The bug seems to have stopped affecting my alternate a few hours after my testings. I was able to upload a screenshot for this world successfully. Could you let me know if you're still encountering this problem?

I've been seeing the same exact problem recently and it's still happening right now. I'm on a PC and have tried Firefox 56.0.2 and IE 11.15.16299.0. Same issue with both.

I can't seem to replicate the issue on my alternative account at this moment. I did encounter the issue last week using FireFox, but it is no longer occurring. Could you try uploading your map in an incognito window in Google Chrome?

Rest assured that I have contacted Skeight about this problem, but an official resolution may not be released for some time.
