Project Zearth is the class example of a minecraft city. If minecraft was ever to establish societies just as advance as we have in the real world this is what it could look like. Car transportation does not exist in minecraft, therefore the main transportation service is railways in Project Zearth.
The map has multiple cities, villages and towns spread all around the world map to create different regions. Currently there are five major cities ruling the land and many more villages all across Zearth. Tracks and roads connect everything to each other. 98% is furnished to some standard and there is a lot of exterior work on the buildings.
IT TOOK MORE TIME FOR ME TO UPLOAD THIS MAP THAN IT WILL FOR YOU TO DOWNLOADIT. BE PATIENT. ITS WORTH IT

If you want the map to render, follow these steps:1. Open the world folder.
2. Open the "region" folder.
3. Delete everything that ends in .mcr.
4. Upload the world again.
5. Enjoy your render.
I tried that, um...I archived the map on winrar with 2 textfils. Will it still work? The folder is 1 map, 2 textfiles. Should I upload the map just by itself? Beacuse I already deleted every .mcr file and it still doesnt work.
In the world folder, you have a "DIM-1" folder, which contains another "region" folder, which contains .mcr files. Deleting those, and the level.dat_mcr file in the first "region" folder should fix the problem.
Proof of this fix working can be found with the following link, which I'll keep up for about a day so I can be sure you've seen it: http://www.minecraftworldmap.c...
Also, I've noticed that the spawn building has the cardinal direction labels rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise from how they should be.
Thanks! It worked now =)
No problem.

FUCKING AMAZING
I wonder if you could let me create a server with the map?
Sure, as long as people know that I created the map than its cool. Also it would have been awesome to know the IP of that server
