If you mean change gamemode:

1. go to a creative world save file.
2. copy the level.dat and the level.dat_old files
3. go to the world you want to change into creative
4. delete it's level.dat and level.dat_old files
5. paste the creative level.dat and level.dat_old into the map
6. done!

I'll explain it for you:
1. download the map.
2. search in your pc for '%appdata%'.
3. go to 'Roaming'.
4. go to '.minecraft'.
5. open a map called 'saves'.
6. put the download there.
7. have fun playing!
